Landscape Maintenance Association (LMA) - Responsible for the landscape maintenance of the common area improvements incidental to the infrastructure right of way within the residential portion of the Damonte Ranch.

The New Edition Association - Responsible for the maintenance of exterior of homes as well as front yard and community landscaping.
